Get set up
- Download Zimac — macOS 13+, Intel and Apple silicon.
- Choose model access — hosted proxy, direct Anthropic, or local/OpenAI-compatible. The 30-day Pro app trial includes no inference credit.
- Hosted only: create or join an org. The owner must add prepaid credits before the first model test.
- Mint a token — copy the one-time
zmc-…secret for the correct seat, within the owner’s budget limits. - Return to Zimac — browser handoff fills it when available; otherwise paste it into Hosted Proxy setup. Full setup guide ↗

The iPhone beta is delivered through TestFlight. To bring over setup and memory, put both devices on the same Wi-Fi, scan the Mac’s invite, allow Local Network access, and approve the iPhone on the Mac. Account sign-in alone does not sync memory.

Your Zimac app subscription is separate from proxy credits, but an account-linked purchase shares this organization’s Stripe customer and portal. Anonymous purchases can be recovered or managed with their email/license key from Support ↗.

Data, organizations, and devices are separate
- Leave an organization to remove only that membership and its seat tokens.
- Delete an organization only after settling credits and billing; members keep their personal accounts.
- Erase or uninstall a device with the local removal checklist ↗.
- Delete your personal account below to revoke hosted access and remove hosted memberships/data, subject to required legal records. It does not erase a Mac or silently cancel unrelated Stripe commitments.
